Intellifuel Systems is comprised of a group of professionals who have a passion for delivering operational process automation to participants in downstream petroleum. With deep roots in the petroleum industry, our backgrounds are relevant to the creation, delivery and implementation of tools that help our customers operate more profitably.

All of us are intently focused on two things: making our customers� problems go away while providing service they thought no longer existed. We pride ourselves on thinking about things that our customers do not, further helping them to scale their operations.
At Intellifuel, Simply a Better Way™ is far more than a tagline. It is the standard against which we measure all of our solutions. We insist that users can quickly master our tools, and that the ROI is both apparent and demonstrable.
Our Philosophy
Everything we do is designed to help users master our tools as rapidly as possible, so that you realize a positive and prompt ROI.

- Capture data correctly, once, and at the source. Eliminate phone calls, faxes, e-mails and any other inefficient communications whenever possible. Eliminate as much manual re-keying of data as possible. Deploy data capture techniques that are durable (i.e. never pull data out of the field if you can push it).
- Market champions use technology to create brand value. You can achieve technical intimacy with your customers to separate yourself from your competition and create a unique value proposition to your customers.
- If you are considering a vendor who does not describe their reason for being as a service organization that happens to provide ____________ services (fill in the blank), keep shopping. Intellifuel seeks first to be a humble servant to its customers, and second to provide extraordinary data capture and control solutions to downstream petroleum and biofuels production and marketing.
- One size does not fit all. Seek out vendors who understand your cultural, market and technology nuances, and are willing to adapt their offerings to your wishes and changing requirements as your business evolves. These are the vendors who care enough about your success and longevity to be there for you in both the good and bad times. They will become a trusted advisor.
- If you run transports, optimize your inventory, not your fleet. Don�t let a $300 tail wag a $30,000 dog.
- Dispatchers can and should operate in a fire prevention mode. Give them the tools to do this, and they will become a profit center for you.
- It�s YOUR data. Aggressively seek out vendors who truly understand this reality, and agree to deliver any data they capture on your behalf however you see fit.
- The Internet should be leveraged to provide what we call a Shared Conversation. Your trading partners should see a different, but appropriate view of the decision data. Everyone should understand what everyone else is doing without picking up the phone or sending faxes and e-mails.
